Working together with the local and state governments
Working together with representatives from the local and state governments is very important for us. They are a big part of our target client audience and adding their input and implement their valuable ideas to your product will create a better end-product and a product line that is optimized for the clients, who are -in the end- the heavy users of our Smart Mobility Open Platform.
Next to that it will create a secure base for a Mobility as a Service (MAAS) scale-up organisation, who has the ambition to grow in the EU as a market leader with Smart Mobility Solutions for Smart Cities.
We already had some awesome meetups with a couple of our important stakeholders from the Provence of North-Holland, the city of Amsterdam and now also from the Marine Area itself.
Marine Area – Special Projects
Today we had a really nice meeting with Gerben Mienis, the projectmanager Special Projects from the Marine Area organisation.
We pitched our Smart Mobility solutions for Smart Cities, and discussed our plans for the test areas on the Marine Area.
The Marine Area is a unique testing area right in the city centre of Amsterdam, and is the perfect testing ground for our IoT solutions, our Smart Mobility Open Platform for suppliers of parking facilities and our mobile app solution for car drivers.
We got a lot of positive feedback and valuable input from Gerben regarding Smart Mobility on the Marine Area.
We discussed special rulings for trucks in the zones within the testing area, but also adding data from bikers and pedestrians crossing the Marine Area to our big data dataset. Adding this valuable data to our systems will help us even more with optimizing traffic flows through urban areas.
We’re going to share our ideas and our plan with Gerben during this week and integrate his valuable feedback in our plan. At the end of the next week he will present our plan before the board of the Marine Area.
Another step closer to our unique test area…
